About me: My name is Linda and I have been working in Cyprus, at both Sunwing and Sunprime, since 2006. I have been working as a fitness instructor for twenty-five years, in everything from bodypump and bodybalance to spinning and dance aerobics.
Training Philosophy: I like functional strength training, but I also enjoy trying new exercise forms and to follow different training programs. My motto is: technique comes first! By learning the correct technique, you will build strength in a healthy, efficient and sustainable way. Whether you are training towards a specific goal or you just want a good and fun training program, I am here to help you. I hope I will see you!
